Please note that my primary email monitoring days are on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. My standard response time is 24 hours to a maximum of 96 hours (4 business days). Response times may be longer during holiday periods or planned leave. While I strive to respond as promptly as possible, please allow the full 96-hour window. During high-volume periods, response times may extend to the maximum 96-hour window.
